Tender Notification Subscription
Subscribe here to a Tender Notification package. This enables receiving tender notifications by Email when they are loaded onto the website, Access to Private Sector RFQs and Access to Joint Venture Facilitation data for Subcontracting on tenders.
Choose one of the options below, supply your details, select a payment method, pay for the service and the login details will be sent to you and you will start receiving tender notifications once you have supplied us with the categories and locations you want to receive tenders and RFQs for. The category selection will be shown after the order is placed but you will also be able to change your selected categories afterwards by logging into your account.
Payment can be made by EFT (Bank Payments) and Credit Card (using Payfast). If you would like a Proforma Invoice with our Banking Details, choose the “Request Banking Details” option under Payment Options below.
You will be able to specify the following to be able to receive tenders classified into their categories:
- Up to Five Tender Categories (like Services: General, Supplies: General, etc) – filtered by province
- Up to Ten Keywords or Keyphrases
- Receive Tender Notifications including links to download the Tender Documents directly (if the tender documents are available publicly and not subject to additional payment by state entities)
- View Private Sector RFQs and opportunities click here to see available RFQs
- View the Contact Details and Business Profiles of other companies with the purpose of forming Joint Ventures, Consortiums and Collaborating on Tenders and Subcontracting on Tenders. This is visible on tender details pages (if available for the tender).
- Create a Free Business Listing to advertise your business. This is available to Free and Paid memberships.
- Search for State tenders on the website and download tender documents (if they are made available publicly and not subject to additional payment by state entities).
The difference between this and Paid subscription is that Paid subscribers will also automatically receive tender notifications, without having to come to the website to search for them. - Create a Free Business Listing to advertise your business. This listing will also be shown to Paid subscribers looking for candidates for Subcontracting on tenders (if you give permission to do this)
